Shipping Policy

    Shipping charge is a $14.00 Flat for the following States:

    Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island.

    Shipping charge is a $18.00 Flat for the following States:

    Georgia (partial coverage), Illinois (partial coverage), Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia.

    For shipping to all other continental U.S. states (i.e., except Hawaii, Alaska, etc.), discounted shipping rates from UPS will be calculated on the Checkout page, based on the Shipping destination.

    For "partial coverage" states, extra shipping charges will be assessed at the time of shipping and billed to you separately. 

    We ship the orders on Mondays of each week. Orders placed from Sunday through the following Monday (noon) will ship on Mondays.

    Please place your order before Monday (noon) to have the order shipped, and to receive it on the same week.

    *Note: The 'Expected Delivery By' delivery date is not a GURANTEE. We are not responsible if the shipping company does not honor the delivery timeline.

    *Note: On occasion, packages may be delivered earlier than the ‘Expected Delivery By’ date, depending on the proximity of the destination to NY and the shipping company’s logistics. The food stays good for at least 2 to 3 days in transit. 

    *Note: We may adjust the 'Order Shipped' days due to unforeseen circumstances in the production process. In the rare event that it occurs, we will notify you via email.

    You will be emailed / SMS texted (if available) a Tracking number once the meal is shipped, to the email address / phone number provided during Checkout.

    Payments can be made at Checkout via Apple Pay or all major credit cards: AMEX, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.

     

    Shipping Responsibility:

    Items are shipped via UPS. Customers are responsible for providing addresses that these carriers recognize as deliverable addresses. Customers will be emailed / SMS texted (if available) a tracking number when the item ships from our facility.

    Unfortunately, we have no control over a shipment once a package departs our facility. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (e.g. inaccurate addresses, logistical issues within the shipping company, porch pirates etc.), we are not responsible for the shipping delays.

    We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items, wrong drop off areas, or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as snowstorms, natural disasters, pandemics, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. Please address such shipping company issues with the shipping company itself.

    If an exchange is desired, all shipping costs incurred are to be paid by the buyer. Please see our refund and exchange policy for more information.

    UPS 2-day Air, UPS 2-Day Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, or USPS Priority Shipping are not guaranteed shipping methods, although delays with these methods are rare.

    Since all meals are prepared fresh, we adhere to a firm production schedule. Our goal is to ship the freshest food and have it reach you at the most optimal temperature.

We will try our best to accommodate if the meals are not already cooked or shipped.
